2019 Chevrolet Blazer at the Chicago Auto Show

The 2019 Chevrolet Blazer has been making waves with its sleek styling, luxurious interior, and premium amenities. The Chevrolet Blazer turned heads and dropped jaws at the 2019 Chicago Auto Show not long ago.

The all-new Chevrolet Blazer embodies impressive performance and innovative systems. The base model will feature a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 193 horsepower. An available 3.6-liter V6 engine generates 305 horsepower. Both engine options pair with a nine-speed automatic transmission.

The sheer styling of the Chevrolet Blazer sets it apart on the road. Sleek curves, steep character lines, and an aggressive front end create an image of pure athleticism. Inside, seating for five passengers, available leather upholstery, and available heated seats create a luxurious experience.

Drivers who value technology will enjoy every minute inside the 2019 Chevrolet Blazer. Smartphone connectivity systems include Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. By connecting a compatible smartphone to the Chevrolet Blazer, drivers can play their own music, access navigation, and send hands-free texts. An available 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot provides internet connectivity for up to seven devices.

In terms of safety, the Chevrolet Blazer excels. Advanced systems — like a Rear Camera Mirror, Pedestrian Detection, and Forward Collision Warning — are readily available.

Test drive the 2019 Chevrolet Blazer when it arrives here at Curry Auto Center in the near future. In the meantime, stop by to test-drive our other shiny new 2019 Chevy models.

Chevy Adds Premier Plus Special Editions to SUV Lineup

There is no denying America’s love for SUVs. In fact, we love them so much that Chevrolet is adding new models to the 2019 lineup for both the Tahoe and Suburban, called Premier Plus special editions.

Chevrolet is adding these models because of the popularity of its 6.2-liter V8 engine, which is currently available in a number of special edition packages including the 2018 Tahoe RST Performance Package and the 2019 Suburban RST Performance Package.

“Our customers have shown strong demand for both Tahoe and Suburban with the 6.2L V-8 option,” said Sandor Piszar, director of Chevrolet Trucks Marketing and Advertising. “Thirty-six percent of all Chevy full-size SUV special edition models are now sold with this engine. Premier Plus gives both Suburban and Tahoe customers another option to choose from with several added premium touches.”

In addition to a more powerful engine, the Premier Plus models will feature a Hydra-Matic 10-speed automatic transmission and Magnetic Ride Control with a performance calibration.

There will be additional upgrades to the styling as well. The exterior will have gold Chevrolet “bowtie” logos, chrome power steps and exhaust tip, and cross rails. Inside, you’ll find a head-up display, an 8-inch display cluster, and a standard 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot with a 12-month data plan.
